+A Chrome App that runs a local SOCKS5 proxy on `127.0.0.1:1080`, routing traffic through Chrome's networking stack.

+## Installation
+
+1. Go to `chrome://extensions/`
+2. Enable "Developer mode"
+3. Click "Load unpacked"
+4. Select this folder
+
